Apartments are OLD and falling apart. Everything is old, non-functional, and needs to be replaced. Walls are paper-thin. Only half the electrical outlets in any room work.

Air-conditioning units are OLD and do NOT work. If you ask them to fix it, they claim there's nothing they can do to get it colder. You will be incredibly hot in the summertime as your unit will run but not work, yet suck up electricity.

Heating units do NOT work! I have cold air coming out the vents and my electricity bill is through the roof.

All maintenance requests have been ignored. I have to call repeatedly and after 3-4 weeks when they finally acknowledge my requests, they don't fix anything. The handyman doesn't know how to fix anything and gets paid to just say "there's nothing wrong."

If you don't believe me, ask them to guarantee maintenance requests - they WON'T! Ask current tenants how they are never there, never answer the phone, but when they do, they ignore any requests you have.

I've been here 2 years and I'm moving. They show no caring whatsoever, this is a true slumlord.
