My wife and I have lived in the Bradford Place apartments since 2003 and have had a fantastic experience. This is a nice, clean, quiet place with lots of young couples, professionals, and grad students. The maintenance and office staff are friendly and responsive and have been one of the reasons we've continued to renew our lease. There are new owners, but we've thus far found them to be fair and engaged in keeping Bradford Place up to the high standards of the previous management. There has been a very recent round of construction as the apartments were upgraded (new roofs), but it's proceeded quickly and as painlessly as possible. Without any qualifications or exceptions, I highly recommend Bradford Place to anyone looking for a place in Chapel Hill.
