At one point this was a great place to live...NOW, it is a virtual constuction zone with garbage and workers bannging at all hours (incl Sat at 8am!). Additionally, the management has changed and the personal touch is gone. The rents are higher and cars have been robbed in the parking lot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...there are many other NEWER and SAFER places to live.

For anonymity purposes, I have not noted the actual years that I have lived here nor the actual rent that I pay.

I can tell you that after speaking to random people (i.e. I don't know them, they don't live in my building, etc) that I know of 4 people who had their cars broken in to within the past 1-2 months. I have started using my car alarm but it probably won't matter.
