A step above dorm life, and down from good apartments

The walls are paper thin at their thickest points, so be sure you like your roommates. It's a fairly quiet, and safe, community with a varied population consisting of undergraduates and the low-end professionals (and their kids). Decent workout facility, tanning beds, and clubhouse-though all with restricted hours of operation. I've personally never had a problem with management, but many others complain about them, although I will admit they do keep some random hours, taking any excuse for a vacation or chance to close the facilities. It's a cheap flat rate to live there with all bills included, but you get what you pay for: a cheap place to live. Expect things to break or to have been built as economically as possible, though management is awesome and reacts quickly to the problems.
