The parking IS ridiculously bad, that's true. And some people have had problems with maintenance although they've been really quick and helpful in my experience. Yes it's a pain living 2 miles from campus but if you want walking distance you wouldn't be considering this place anyway. (And at least you can qualify for an on-campus parking spot.) It's not cheap but convenient b/c all-inclusive. Facilities are really nice, and it's safe. It's got drawbacks but a nice place overall.
