If your main priority in college is to party and you don t care about being able to study or sleep this is the place for you. Even with normal noise levels you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in your neighbors apartments, and sadly due to the type of people who live here, there is more than a normal amount of noise. There is always loud bass driven music being played, drunken kids yelling and fighting in the middle of the night and even during exam times the music played at the pool can be heard several hundred yards away in my apartment.

There are also safety issues, which the management never informs residents of. I know of at least one shooting and several robberies that have occured since I've lived here, but the management never tells you what's going on.

Maintenance is really the only plus, though some of the guys are a little creepy they always fix things quickly and usually do a fairly good job. They do have the right to come into your apartment for inspections unannounced though, once they even came in my locked bedroom while I was napping.

Overall, I'd avoid staying here if you actually want to be able to study or sleep. There are much nicer places where you can stay for comparable prices.
