My daughter was having major roommate problems, management listened to her and checked into it for her. They moved her to a vacant apartment at no charge. I have spent weekends with her and it's as quiet as can be, I never heard anything through the walls. The pool was full of people, volleyball sandlot full and I didn't hear any music or noise while sitting on the balcony most of the time overlooking the parking lot and the pool in the distance. Now she did tell me that some guys came in carrying stuff to store in one of the vacant bedrooms without warning. However the manager called just a few minutes later to ask her permission. His timing with the call was just a tad off. I do find them a bit expensive and she will be moving for that reason.
