It's terrible, I hate to say it but it made me wish I was back in the dorms- its SOOOOOOOOOOOO far away and management is terrible. If they can squeeze an extra charge out of you they do. Im pretty sure that that the stairs that led to my apartment, and all of the others were cleaned maybe once this year, if that. The only one thats clean is the one that has the room they show to the public. Other than basic upkeep the apartment buildings themselves are not cleaned.
My personal favorite chapel ridge moment was when I discovered that my window was broken, and maintenance gave me half a broomstick and told me to use that to hold it up- fabulous. (Although our air conditioning breaking came in close second). Will they charge me for the half a broom stick' Its very possible. Everytime someone asks me what I think about living here I tell them to not waste their money. Honestly there are bigger, better, and cheaper apartments you can find that are cheaper to campus if you do your research. My best friend and I couldnt wait to get out of here and we found an apartment thats about twice the size and half the price, so I cannot encourage you enough to just research other places, because if you do I promise you, you will realize that this is overpriced and not at ALL worth your money.

The window situation is a problem. But you know what, if people wouldn't throw trash and would pick up after themselves instead of being slobs, you wouldn't have to worry about the steps being cleaned only once a year. When we called about the air conditioning in May, they came that very day and took care of the situation. Yes there are places that are more reasonably priced, they don't have the ammenities but some folks don't care about that.
