Location in this complex is key...dont get stuck next to trees. Your apartment will be dark and not inviting. They have a big rolly polly problem in the summer even on the second floor. The pool is small. That being said, the windows are large and the price is pretty good. There is a coffee shop rigth next door. There are very few undergrad neighbors. The decks are huge on the second floor, and they have very cute walled in patios on the first floor. The lay out of the apartment is nice. Deceptively far from UNC campus.
