Quiet neighborhood for the most part. Apartments near the road may sometimes hear traffic. Pet-friendly so there may be dogs barking. Ample parking for guests. Excellent maintainance staff. Leasing office staff is decent. Conditions of the apartment are very good. Water, Trash, Sewer included in rent. Electricity bill is generally low, but is higher in the winter months. Layout of complex is nice. Location is convenient - short drive to shopping and UNC-CH. On two bus lines. Very safe area although lighting could be improved.
