quiet and clean

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Has outdoor pool, nice walkways, adequate laundry facilities. BIG PROBLEMS are 1.the number of dogs, some are large and aggressive; 2.Management varies in their ability to address issues like courier-delivered mail 3. Lighting in Winter time can be inadequate if coming home late at night...but still a safe place to live, quiet,clean and peaceful.
