The old management staff knew my name and the names of my dogs; the new crew is mostly college-age kids who could care less about the community or its residents. They never respond to my phone inquiries or call back as promised. The trash and recycle bins are spilling over and the maintenance crew takes much longer now. Having College Park Communities take over management has certainly been bad for the residents here; we are now just another generic apartment complex suffering from poor service.
