it was really nice when it was under jmg management. lived in this place when they turned over management to the same group that runs chapel ridge. now it's absolutely awful. you have to pay extra for parking, they come into your house EVERY WEEK when you're not there (always unannounced and uninvited), they take forever to get anything fixed and the lease agreement is reminiscent of a dormitory. they advertise having fireplaces BUT refuse to allow residents to use candles.
