I will repeat what others have said. If you are not a college student, do not live here. Ever since JMG left this place has been ruined. Upkeep of the grounds is minimal because the complex employs only 2 maintenance workers for 14 buildings and their current job is to unload trucks with new appliances. They are overworked and cannot stand those in the front office. They don't have time to repair problems inside the actual apartments because they are too busy preparing for the August move in. Don't get me wrong, they are nice men. Ask the office how many apartments have been vacated in the past year and how many have been leased. I promise you will be shocked when you realize many more have left this area since they took over. It used to be a close knit community as others have said where the complex knew who you were, your pet's names, where you lived, and had socials. Many people could be found socializing in the warm months. This is no longer the case. Please do not live here if you are not a college student. You will regret it. You cannot get in touch with the property manager because the office staff leaves notes on Post-Its which never seem to get to him. They are not professionals but rather young college aged women seemingly working a part time job. I cannot express the disapointment I have in this new management compared to JMG. If you are still unsure look into Chapel Ridge and see what they say about this same management group. Look into moving to Bradford Place at Downing Creek if you are moving to this area. They are owned by a family not a big business. Don't be fooled by driving by Chapel View and noticing a police presence. His family is leaving too.
