Do not rent here!!!!!!!!!! The former owners were great when I moved in. However, within the last year, a new group has taken over, and they are terrible! There are about 10 different college-aged kids working in the office, and none of them know anything the other one knows. It took me a week and a half to get a light bulb changed outside in the already too-dark neighborhood! Also, more "sketchy" people have moved in since these new people took over. Even if you are a college student like me (which is who they try to cater to now), don't move here!!!!!!PS- the rent has gone up a great deal too for new people!!!!! And "flexible leases" is false advertising!!!!!
