Lived in the complex for the summer - was promised new appliances, etc. The new appliances arrived two weeks before my lease was up. The workmen simply let themselves into my apartment. They left a huge mess for me to clean up - the day before a final exam.

There was a horrible sewage smell which permeated the apartment. The handyman thought it might be the toilet but he never got around to fixing it despite repeated calls. Window blinds, etc. were also badly in need of replacement - again, never done despite repeated calls.

The buildings are badly in need of renovation. My kitchen cabinet shelves were rotting and I know they aren't being replaced. Management is slapping a coat of paint on the walls and putting in some new appliances, but that's about it.

There are better apartments in the area for the price!
