While it is certainly nice to have broadband internet access and cable television included in the rent, that is where the niceties stop. The management team is extremely unprofessional, inexperienced and incompetent. Promises of new appliances have been made repeatedly but never delivered upon. I have been paying full rent (which includes a washer and a dryer) for nearly two months and neither have been delivered. Renewal leases of all previous tenants were solicited based on the promise of these appliances. Preventative maintenance does not exist here. I don't think my HVAC filter has been changed in over a year. The management gives almost no notice when they need to enter your apartment for non-emergencies. The parking situation is terrible. They issue parking passes for which you will be charged $200 if you lose them but the parking lot is still filled with cars with no visible parking permits while long-term residents must park clear on the other side of the property. There is frequently trash in the parking lots that maintenance neglects to pick up even after work orders indicating the problem are put in. I'm sure some tenemants are better managed than this place. The old management was very kind and responsive but the new people are TERRIBLE.
