I had read most of the reviews on this website before moving in so i was a little weary but i didn't expect everything to be perfect especially with the price. The appliances were all knew, but not all hooked up(only took a stop in the office to mention it before going to work and it was done before i got back), parking can be a hassle if you expect to park 6 ft from your apt. Bugs seem to be a little problem; spiders and ladybugs mainly. Have yet to met a staff member I didn't like. Plenty of events to bring the community together, cookouts, video game tournaments. Free printing.
I say check it out for yourself and don't let any review on here scare you away. It is what you make of it.
