I was a little scared about moving in here after reading the reviews however I can't really complain too much. The apartments are a little old but for the price and what all you get it is well worth it. It is convienient and quiet without many bells or whistles. All my neighbors are very friendly and I feel that if you don't expect heros out of maintenance jobs are adequately completed. Downside is short notice when maintenance will be coming into your apt for "quarterly checks"
