This apartment experience has not been as bad as I anticipated after reading some of the previous reviews. Be cautious of move-in dates. They called me the night before to tell me my apartment was not ready. The next morning they called to tell me it was but when I got to my apartment I discovered they had changed my assignment. Apparently the preferences they ask you to select when signing your lease don't mean anything. I asked for a first floor unit with no fireplace...I got a second floor unit with a fireplace. Other than that the neighborhood is very quiet and I have had no other issues. Management is so-so, maintenance is quick, and you get a lot for your money. My only other complaint would be the exterior lighting-or lack there of.
