Everything is great about Chapel View. I believe the whole experience has gotten better since they took over for Brookstone. Everything is super organized and they always can answer your questions. The maintenance staff is great and fast. The living space is perfect and I have brand new appliances. I couldn't ask for a better scenario where I am living now. One check for $700 includes everything, that's a pretty good deal.
