I have been living at Chapel View for 2 years and have already signed a lease for a 3rd year, and I can't complain about a thing. The staff goes above and beyond to satisfy my needs and the maintenance crew answers any requests in a timely fashion. I love having a gym and pool so conveniently available. This is definitely a wonderful community to be a part of and is very affordable for all of the utilities and amenities included in the price.
