They find out that their ratings are in the tank, so they post a slew of positive reviews, all within the same week. This should tell you something about the management, and their low opinion of their renters!

I lived in this complex for four months over the summer. My apartment was filthy when I moved in. My toilet never worked properly despite repeated phone calls. The apartment had a strange smell - like sewage backing up. The window locks were broken and there were numerous broken blinds. I didn't even have a dishwasher until two months after I'd moved in, eventhough there was supposed to be one in the unit.

Spare yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere!

You could not be more accurate! The management is like a "real world" project. Kids and their first jobs. This complex is not for young professionals and those who expect a certain level of professionalism when their dishing out nearly $1000.00 a month for neglectful service. Those interested in a glorified dormatory might enjoy.
