I have had a very pleasant experience at Chapel View. My unit had been renovated before I moved in and there were a few things that needed attention when I first moved in. The maintenance staff was quick to respond to my request and fixed the problems in a timely manner. I feel safe and comfortable here and I love the landscaping of the grounds. Because there have been a lot of renovations and upgrades of the property (like the club house and pool) some amenities have been slow to being fully available, but the facilities at Chapel Ridge (their neighboring property) were available in the interim. When considering the extra cost of all the inclusive amenities (HS internet, cable, electricity, etc...), I find the cost very reasonable, in fact, lower than many comparable apartment communities. I have read several bad reviews on Chapel View, but I find the management and staff pleasant and eager to create a community atmosphere here. Free food, massages, and Red Bull during exam times are just a few of the little extras they provide to make living here a nice experience. I highly recommend Chapel View and plan on staying here for quite awhile.
