okay for a "first apartment"

Chapel View is really nothing something, Close to campus though and on three bus-lines. It's a good "first apartment" since there is a furnished option and single leasing for 2-bedroom apartments and the fact that cable, and utilities are included. However if you consider the rent for 1 apartment...what it is is NOT worth 1,020 a month at all!

How are you paying 1,020 per month? I pay $715 for a one bedroom.

I think he or she meant the total cost that it would take to rent an entire 1 bed room apartment....my rent is $540 (2 bed room)a month (we have furniture)...so the cost for the total apartment is $1,080...so I am guess he/she doesn't have furniture which I am assuming is 5$10 a month making the total cost to rent the entire apartment $1,020....guess she feels its just not worth that much!
