This is a nice community, and the staff really tries to get people involved in it by sending monthly newsletters and hosting regular events. Residents can use amenities at either Chapel View or the newer Chapel Ridge, and between the two there's not much left to ask for. Maintenance was prompt to attend to a problem, but sometimes slow to solve it. (Example, it took them 2 weeks to fix my leaky sink in the bathroom, but they showed up to see what the problem was the same day I put in the request. They also kept me updated on why it was taking so long, so that was nice.) The apartment and grounds were clean and well-kept. Buses to campus run really regularly and at good hours. Parking is easy, and they are not strict with passes. What's really nice is that rent price includes ALL utilities (including standard cable and internet.) Literally the only two complaints I could come up with are that they were slow in the beginning to assign you to a specific unit, and that the landscaping guys they brought in to mow the lawn stole my plants off of my porch (I realize there was no way Chapel View could have known that was going to happen, I just wish they had cared when I complained, and they didn't seem to.) However, they did accommodate most requests for placement.
Overall, I would highly recommend these apartments.
