This apartment sounds too good to be true, pretty grounds, all inclusive rent and a great location. Unfortunately what they don't tell you is that the management staff is terrible, the college students and noise are rampant, bugs, very poor outdoor lighting that takes MONTHS to be fixed and regular appearances by the police searching for suspects. I have lived here for two years and can't wait to get out! All the negative responses below are right on. The management staff is unresponsive and bullying. They try and rope you in for renewing your lease 3-4 months into your current one! The management sends emails about activities such as, Take a study break with pizza in the lounge! POOL Party at chapel ridge! Wear your chapel view hoodie in the pit and win a free tv! Sounds nice but its literally like going back to college. There are a lot of middle aged families that live here too but they are completely ignored by the staff. The pool always has to be upgraded every year as soon as it gets warm causing it to be closed for the first two months of pool season. Leaving you to use the chapel ridge pool which opens way early in the season. BUT...it is like freakin spring break at that pool every day! Packed with college students ONLY, drinking, blasting music from speakers so that you can't even hear your own i pod! Not exactly a relaxing day at the pool. Parking is terrible I can almost never get a spot when I get home from work. Outside lighting is poor. Three times the exterior building lights near my apt went out and it literally took the management MONTHS and multiple requests to have lighting repaired. Any college student may like it, but if your a young professional looking for a convenient location this is the WRONG PLACE! Definitely not worth the rent or the stress!
