i have lived in this complex for 3 years now. i have always enjoyed the apt, the area, and the amenities, but the management has ALWAYS frustrated me. the college kids they hire to sit behind the desk know NOTHING except how to give you a package if you received one. the management is not helpful and has been especially frustrating recently. the complex was bought by yet another corporate group and they are painting and fixing up the outside of the buildings. that's GREAT, but they are NOT keeping the residents properly informed. i recently came home with all of my patio furniture and potted plants moved around and i had NO idea what happened. they were moved to prepare for the painting that was going to happen in a few days, but i had no clue since the management did not let any of us know. it's a little discomforting to come home and see that strangers have been on your porch moving things around. today, they sent an email around 9:30 am saying that they were going to be painting the front doors and that they were going to have to leave our front doors OPEN for an HOUR so the paint could dry. too bad i have a full-time job in RALEIGH and there was no way i could put my cat in another room while they did this. when i tried to call the office about this, they blew me off and said they would pass the message along. i am extremely upset about this and i do not trust them. i am SO GLAD that i am moving OUT in two months. i was content with this place until now. so long and GOOD RIDDANCE.
