I moved into this place a while back, as it looked older but somewhat ok, and it fit the bill as a cheap local apartment. BIG mistake. As someone else mentioned before, I too got constant sinus and respiratory infections. My apartment had been painted, so unprofessionally that the kitchen cabinets had been painted shut. Do yourself a favor - figure ANY apartment is going to cost you X dollars. Now, how much more than X are you willing to pay to not have to deal with illness, poor management and safety issues' 50$' 100$' That's what, 8%'
