I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. It used to be a nice place to live, but now, it's worse than any project area. The management is very shoddy, never return phone calls and will rip you off. Keep all reciepts if you live here. Also if you are 5 days late with the months rent, they will file eviction notice and charge you more money. Maintenance is a joke. They hire anyone who wants money taken off the rent regardless if they know anything or not. Windows leak air and cost more to heat and cool, Tile floorings are cracked and lifted up,screen doors are broken, screen windows are missing and laying outside, bushes need trimming. Pools are not always able to be used.Noisy area, thin walls, roach problems, if you want more protection as far as locks you have to buy them yourself and install.
