My guess is that the majority of the 'glowing' reviews of this apartment complex are either written by (1) someone who hasn't lived here very long or (2) the management staff themselves. True, these apartments are located in a great location to Chapel Hill and I40. HOWEVER, in no way does its location make up for the quality of life here. Contrary to the previous review, it does not smell 'only at night'...the stench is awful throughout the entire summer and spring 24/7. If that weren't bad enough, the maintenace staff is terrible, and if you are a female, you must have no clue what you are talking about. Think something is broken (ie, it's 90 degrees inside your apartment with teh AC on)' No, you must just be sensitive to the warmth. take my advice, stay away from this place and if that means you pay a little more $$$ somewhere else, consider it an investment into your future happiness.
