unless you like the smell of tolet both inside and outside your apt, like a stuffy staff who refuse to help, like to call the maintainance 4 times before anything is done, enjoy the smell of smoke in your apt when you and your roomie don't smoke, like windows that leak water, drains that don't work, disposal that doesn't grind (but they say it's fine) water leak marks on walls, and people outside there deck you hear all night, this isn't the apartment for you!
