I am not going to complain about the smell like everyone else, and I must say that those who like the apartment seem to still be residents there. My first summer there my AC broke. They attempted to "fix" it 5 times before finally replacing it. The heat was unbearable. They also told me that they provided cat sitting for free when you were out of town. I was gone 4 days and when I returned the water and food dishes were empty and the litter box was full. My biggest problem came when I moved out. They charged way too much for replacing the entire carpet. I lived there for 3 years, how could they not expect to need to change the carpet' Horrible...just don't do it!!
