Don't do it to yourself. My roomie and I have live here for almost a year and we can't wait to move out. The smell is unbelievable!!!Nothing like anything I have ever smelt in my life. The floorplans are nice but the price aint nothing cute for what you are getting. And they don't tell you before you move in that your rent WILL INCREASE the next year even if they are selling the same floor plan for 200 dollars cheaper. Parking sucks too. There is never anywhere close to park when I come home and don't try to catch a curb because they will tow you. I would advise to look somewhere else cuz this aint the place
