Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
We lived in the new part--6205 section. It smells most of the time there. We lived in K, which I think is the worst. The management tries to charge you upon leaving for ridiculous things. Like stains that were already in the carpet that they did not replace, like the said that they would. Be advised!
