Overall good, but security could be an issue

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
This place is great - nice staff, two pools, little gym, lake, close to freeway.

However, there have been some car break-ins and miscellaneous other crimes. So you need to be wary - although, who knows, maybe they will be very proactive now in preventing crime.
