Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
The management is very unorganized, as seen in the frequent office personnel turn overs. They treat you GREAT before you move in but every year they WILL increase your rent. It stinks at night, and i'm not just talking about them not enforcing the poop rule. They will not fix your apartment for weeks at a time when a work order is turned in. The electricity goes out all the time. The vinyl floor tiles become unglued frequently. All these things and you still have to pay for your own utilities. I could go on for eternity but i think that you get the picture. Under NO circumstances should you move in!!!!!
