I never once in the whole year I was living there was able to enjoy my patio because of the roaring highway noise on I40. I couldn't even open my door because it would fill the entire apartment. It was pouring on the day I checked out the apartment so I hadn't checked it. Be sure to check it out before renting because I think most of the apartments have that problem.
Nice floor plans. I thought the staff was always extremely friendly although there was alot of turnover.
The smell wasn't as bad as some stated but maybe it was worse in some areas than others.
Occasionally on my evening jog I would get a strong wiff though.
They really treat returning tenents like crap raising the rent to outrageous prices the second time around.
I thought they were trying to pull one on me once or twice by charging frovolous charges. But that seems par for the course these days.
Grilling at the pool is nice. Gym is an absolute joke. The dryers in the back laundry dont dry so you waste alot of quarters.
Sometimes I enjoyed the place but nothing was worth living right on top of the highway.
