MANAGEMENT JUST STINKS, SO DOES THE AIR

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
On more than one occasion, threatening letters were left for me by management due to "UNPAID BALANCE DUE" which was repeatedly an error on their part & I had to escalate the issue to the PRESIDENT of the company before getting resolution. Problems with plumbing on third floor were NEVER fixed & maintenance simply dismisses the problem without even coming to look at it. These apartments are located right next to a water treatment facility and when the wind blows the wrong way in the summertime, you'd better pray your windows aren't open!
