Has anyone noticed how every time there is a negative comment in this forum, it is quickly followed by a positive one w/ a rating that will balance or raise the average' Sounds just a little like someone in Farrington Lake management is tipping the scales here, doesnt it.
Previous management was very good - NEVER a complaint. Since the complex was sold to a new management company and the name changed from Summit Hill; this is the way things are operated. Shady - smile at you then screw you. BEWARE.
