This place is absolutely horrible! We moved in with a $70 concession per month and thought we were getting a great deal. We were wrong. Management sucks. The maintenance department has no f'ing clue what the hell they are doing. We called in an emergency call because our electricity went out (which happens often) and when it came back on, the heat would not turn off! The guy on call came up and told us there was nothing wrong. That next monday I called to tell them they were wrong. They sent the supervisor up and of course it was the thermostat. Three or four days ago I put in a work order for a busted pipe above our bathtub and they just came up to fix it. It doesn't even look like they did a damn thing to it. Our carpet is coming up on the edges near the walls and whoever installed it did a ------ job. The door to our patio doesn't even close all the way and the sliding glass doors in our bedroom don't close either. I just called the office to report a noise complaint because the people upstairs don't know they live in an apartment and the girl told me they'd go knock on the door. That was almost 45 minutes ago and still nothing. The music is still ridiculously loud and rattling my walls. We've lived here for 7 months and our garbage disposal has never worked. The maintenance guy said they fixed it today. I guess I'll find out when I clean up later. The dishwashers are ------ also. You're better off washing your dishes in your sink; at least they'll be clean. Parking is a damn nightmare. They crowd everyone into three buildings right beside each other so you can never find a parking space close enough to the building that you would feel comfortable walking to your car in the dark. Thank God our lease is up in April.
