So, yeah, the location is pretty good. But the management staff is completely out to lunch and changes constantly. When you move out, they will try to ---- you. A pipe burst in our wall while we were moving out (December) and they sent us a bill for water damage. I talked to my insurance company, and read up online, and that isn't our fault. They also tried to charge us for new carpets (there were no stains or anything). These guys will try to ---- you over, lie to you, etc. They will also try and get as much rent as they can, normal rate be damned. I talked to a guy who was paying more for a small 2 bedroom than my friends 3 cause they though he was making more money. They will rob you anyway they can. STAY AWAY.

Worse, the place is shoddily put together. After a while, rain started coming through the ceiling. I called maintenance but they never bothered with it for the last two months of our stay. There are lots of similarly priced places nearby, that aren't 1/10th as horrible. Go there.

It is, otherwise they wouldn't know an appliance is involved. This is how they treat you when you live there. So, DON'T. Talk about a ------ place to stay...

Thank you both. i have a feeling you are right. won't you have liked to know how they treat a person before you move in? i am sure if i walked in w/ a checkbook they would be very sweet...until i signed.
