I can honestly say I have never been more thoroughly bum raped by any single organization. Why not lube me up first' I mean, just when you thought the agony was over and they were finished, you try to move out and get a farewell violation for the road. But i digress, here is a summary of grievances:

We waited 5 hours just to be able to move in. No one was in the office, and ten people were left outside womdering what was wrong. A call to the corporate headquarters produced results after 4 hours. No compensation for our troubles.
There is nowhere near enough parking. We had to park 200 yards from our apartment on numerous occasions. The office workers have no idea what they are doing, EVER.

There are sporadic crime waves in the complex. Not isolated incidents, waves of car and apartment breakins. 6 or more cars AND apartments are burglarized at once in the complex every 6 months or so. One of my neighbors was burglarized while he was asleep in his bed. The police will tell you themselves how often this occurs here.

The pools were closed for almost 2 months of the summer. Both of them.
The maintenance people work at numerous locations, so they take forever to get to any problems.

When we tried to move out, they said our lease ran until january 2009. Not true, because it ended in 4 days. After digging through files and paperwork to discover they were wrong, they told us we had to notify them 60 days before we moved out. This was never revealed to us, just hidden in the fine print of the lease. Now we are totally screwed because we had already found a new place to stay.

Why can't we escape this awful place' why is it so terrible even though it looks so great' Please, save yourself the misery and do not move in here. In fact, if you know anyone with a spare cruise missile i beg of you to fire off that bad boy onto this place ASAP.

If the lease is over, I think it is over, I don't think they get to ---- you for 2 months. Call a lawyer and sue the -------s. This place is such a horrible stinkhole.
