Do Not Live Here

First of all, I have never had to interact with a more insincere, hapless staff. If you're not HVAC certified or a professional plumber, do not live in this place. Because you will have to call maintenence sevearl times during the lease. And because the same guy showed up for every problem, I have a feeling he was maybe the only one servicing the ENTIRE complex. It took forever, and forever is a long time when there is no AC or toilet.
As another poster said, 2 whole pools were closed during the apex of the summer, for God knows what reason. Probably because the pool man was busy fixing AC or toilets. Lastly, they will scam you when you return the room over to them. When I moved in, the carpet and walls were in shoddy shape and needed to be replaced before, but instead I was charged over $300 for imperfections that were clearly on the room evaluation at the beginning of the lease.
Overall, the staff is combative and unconcerned with your issues, when they are actually in the office. At all costs, avoid this abomination of a complex.
