I just have to reiterate what a lot of other people said: do not move into this place. The management/maintenance are all very polite, but completely incompetent. Repairs take forever, and you have to call over and over for the same repair. It seems like they screw a lot of people, including my husband and me, with their 60 days' notice rule, which they never bother to mention to you when you sign the lease, and they charge you for damages to carpet, even though they replace every apartment's carpet when the old tenant moves out. I think they are renovating apartments one by one and paying for these renovations by assessing as many damages as possible to the previous tenants. Crime is also a problem. My car trunk was broken into once; luckily there was nothing to steal, but the lever that opens the trunk from the driver's seat has never worked as a result. I also had to replace my sideview mirror, b/c it had been broken. I raised these issues to management, but they do nothing about the crime. Just save yourself the hassle, and do not move in here. I have yet to meet one tenant who has not had trouble with Farrington Lake.
