When I lived here,January 2007 - April 2008, my car was broken into twice. My neighbor's vehicle was stolen. Numerous other vehicles were broken into. It took several months before the leasing office even sent out a notice to residents, informing them of the theft problems and to be aware. I advise, before you move to a neighborhood, to contact the local police department and have them print out a crime statistics report for the area. That way you can see which crime is prevalent in a certain area and you can plan accordingly. I wished I had done this before moving to Farrington Lake apartments. I went off of the leasing agents word that crime was not bad. THAT! will never happen again. But other than that, I love the floor plan of the 3 bedroom I had while there. Also, the apartment complex layout was beautiful and serene as you can see in the picture.

But that happens at any apartment complex if you did home work.

My car and several others in the complex got broken into a few weeks ago. We contacted the office to suggest alerting residents and they basically told us they didn't care. No sorry or anything-basically an.. ok.. what do you expect me to do about it? kind of response.
