So, this is my second time living here, and I must say that my experience wasn't as good the 2nd go round.
Jeers:
*Maintenance SUCKS! I had a broken dishwasher, that I never actually got them to fix. Wound up having a friend fix it. But the request was in for nearly 3 weeks, and I called them constantly to remind them. On my way to the mailbox I overheard another resident complaining on the phone about her dishwasher being broken for months. (Maybe its just a dishwasher thing)
*Drafty apartments. Perhaps its just my floor plan, but this place doesn't hold heat for beans. Invest in some good quality thick curtains.
*The dumpster. I feel like at least a couple times a month, there will be trash in front of and around it. Its bad enough this place is near and waste treatment plant and occasionally smells like ----. I really don't need to see it too.

*You really can't be the location for the price. 5 minutes from Wal-Mark, 5 minutes from Southpoint, and a 5 minute drive from UNC. On top of I-40. The location is phenomenal.
*2 separate pools. May not seem like alot, but I've seen communities bigger than this one that will only have 1. It counts in the summer.
*Mostly quiet. Then again, I live on the 3rd floor so I don't have to worry about people being over me. But rarely do I hear loud music or alot of banging or anything like that.
