WORST LIVING EXPERIENCE

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1997
My wife moved there first, and there was no mention to her about the waste treatment plant. On most days the odor was unbearable. The office staff was not very helpful in any problem that I had, and the staff changed so much, that I did not know who I would be dealing with anytime that I went to the office. Due to a job transfer,
I had to break the lease, and move out of state. I advised the office, and asked them if they would work with me in defraying any costs due to me having to leave. They told me they would not defray the costs, and also stated to me that I could not sublet the apt, without their approval. I was glad to get out of there, even though I broke the lease. At least I don't have to smell the waste treatment any longer. I would not recommend anyone living there
