To start off I don't think the rent is cheap in any means. Second there is no such thing as maintenance in this apartment complex. The fitness room is always locked. I've lived here for 2 years and don't know the code. The office closes early. The pool is always dirty. My car was broken into directly under a street lamp in front of the office and they did not even say "I'm sorry". This place is terrible. The landscape is nice, but that is all. The basketball and tennis courts are a joke. One is broken with no net and the other is made of plywood. Parking isn't that bad, but is really dark. There is simply no urgency to keeping tenants. I was told to quit using water to wash my car off and when I told them I was not renewing a lease due to their demands they just looked at me. The apartments are not bad, but just not wortht the bs of the administration. Move somewhere cheaper and live with a decent management.
