I only lived here briefly, but in the short amount of time I was there I was quite satisfied. Had a job transfer not required me to relocate to another city, I might be living there today. I have never found an apartment with as much closet space, and the exposed brick in my living room looked great. I also liked the fact that the kitchen was an entirely separate room (with doors) from my standard sized dining room. Yes, it is an older complex, but I had no maintenance issues and the location was perfect. If moving to Chapel Hill, take a look at Foxcroft, you may find it to be to your liking.
